What if I find an error on your site?

At Oh So Nice Lingerie we do our best to provide accurate information on our website. But, occasionally we make a mistake and errors, inaccuracies, omissions, and misprints do occur. We cannot guarantee that the products advertised on our Website  are available when you placed your order. We do not warrant that the website content inclusive of product descriptions or photographs, are 100% accurate or complete. If an error or omission is detected, we reserve the right, without prior notice or liability to you or anyone else, to change the price, product or service offered. We also reserve the right to cancel, reject or terminate any order for any reason.


What is your return policy on intimate items?

Because of hygienic reasons Oh So Nice Lingerie cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, teddies, and any set which includes a panty or thong.

What is your return policy on errors in shipment or items which are defected?

Oh So Nice Lingerie will offer a full refund for items that were shipped out and are not in accordance with the items ordered. In such cases Oh So Nice Lingerie will pay for the original & return shipping costs of these items. Packages must be shipped freight-prepaid. Your account will be credited the shipping costs along with the refund of the item, applicable taxes and handling fees.

What is your return policy on defected or damaged in shipment items?

Items damaged in shipment or defective product will be refunded. Oh So Nice Lingerie will pay for the original & return shipping costs of these items. Packages must be shipped freight-prepaid. How do I return an item?

The return must be re-authorized by contacting: service@ohsonicelingerie.com for an authorization number.

Items must be received in their original packages, all tags attached; and include a copy of the invoice.

Send the product back to: Oh So Nice Lingerie, P.O. Box , Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, within a 30 days from the invoice date.

Do I pay for the shipping of a replacement item?

If a replacement is requested it will be sent out to you at no extra cost. Oh So Nice Lingerie will pay for the return shipping costs of these items.
 
How long should I wait for my card to be credited with a refund?

 Please allow at least 10 working days, from the return date, for refunds. The amount will be credited directly to your credit card.
